I would have to say that this is our biggest and best transformation to date. On Stage is Portland, Oregon's largest professional staging company assisting agents and homeowners sell over $228 million dollars of real estate..

Out of the Box...

When looking in discount stores, think out of the box. I have a staging job coming up that is a 50's Mid Century ranch style home. I found two chair cushions that had the perfect pattern and feel for the house... however, I was looking for two accent pillows with the same feel. The solution for my problem was to cut off the ties... Presto.. accent pillows....

Style on a Tight Budget

Met with an agent and homeowner yesterday for an upcoming staging job. I was given a budget of $200.00 to buy three major items for the home: kitchen nook light, dining room light, kitchen faucet and bathroom vanity light.... Acomplished for a little over budget at $210. Can't wait to see how it is all going to look once the staging is accomplished....
